The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the Organizers. It will be the responsibility of applicant/participant to check this page regularly for updated terms (you would not be notified when the terms are updated).
The applicant age for Miss & Mr Category should be between 16 yrs to 35 yrs only & Mrs Category should be between 18 yrs to 50 yrs as of 2025.
The Organisers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
The organisers reserve the right to disqualify or remove a participant before the auditions if the participant does not match the brand criteria (in such case refund of audition fees would be provided). No reason or explanation would be given for removal of the participant and organizer’s decision would be final.
Traveling expenses – audition, pre-event, training, national level or any other traveling – have to be borne by the participant.
The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per schedule given. Organizers reserve the right to immediately disqualify the participant in case of any kind of indiscipline or behavior which may affect the other participants or the brand.
Any damage to the property during the audition, pre-event or main show will be recovered from the participant.
Organizers reserve the right to disqualify in case of no-show or delay in arriving at any audition, pre-event, or main event. Also, participants not following dress code can be disqualified. No refund is provided in such cases.
The Organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury to the applicant due to participation in the event.
For Mr Category, only unmarried males are allowed. Married males will be disqualified if found so.
Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
Parents, Relatives, Friends or acquaintances are not allowed inside the audition venue. They must wait outside the registration counter.
Any Fees paid are non-refundable.
In any digital contest run by the organizers, the organizers’ decision will be final and binding for declaring the winner.
During pre-events and main event, applicants may be used for promoting brands associated with the event and the organizers will benefit from it.
Footwear and innerwear will not be provided. Participants must carry appropriate heels as informed for all pre-events and main event.
There is no bikini round in the show. Photoshoots will be done at pre-events and shared in non-edited format.
If you wish to post any photos related to the event, pre-event, or audition (now or in future) on social/digital media – you must tag Miss Fabb India / Mrs Fabb India / Mr Fabb India social handle as per category and use the respective hashtag (#missfabb / #mrfabb / #mrsfabb). Offline use requires prior permission.
Participants are responsible for the clothes given during the main show. Any damage will be recovered from the participant at MRP.
In the main show, participants will wear designer/brand clothes and the brand & organizer will be promoted and benefited.
Photographs, videos, and clips from auditions, pre-events, finale and afterparty will be used in social, print, TV or other media and will be the property of Qnox Advertising. Qnox reserves full rights for their use, including commercial.
Even after paying city/state finale fees, the organizers may reject a participant without giving any reason. In such case, a full refund of the finale fees will be given.
Any City/State Winner wishing to participate in another beauty pageant must inform and take approval from Miss Fabb Organization Team.
City/State finalists are required to do activities on social media including (but not limited to) creating content, reels, posts, check-ins, brand promotion, using specific #tags etc.
All finalists must perform a limited amount of engagements.
Winners & Runners-up must update their public social media profiles as per Miss / Mrs / Mr Fabb India’s demand and continue using provided hashtags for 36 months after winning.
Only individuals of good health, sound mind, no mental illness, and good moral character can participate.
Applicants must not have any criminal or civil cases registered against them.
Pictures from auditions will not be shared individually but can be reposted if posted on official social media pages.
Only the applicant is allowed inside audition/pre-event/training venues. No friends or relatives will be allowed.
The jury’s decision is final and binding for auditions and finale show. No reasons will be provided for not getting selected or not winning.
If selected in audition, participant must pay Rs 25,000 for Miss / Mrs / Mr Fabb (State Level Finale). Failure to do so may lead to disqualification.
Organizers reserve the right to disqualify even on the first day of training. In such case, Rs 25,000 will be refunded.
The jury’s decision for city/state finale show is final. No queries will be entertained regarding shortlisting or winning.
Any hindrance or interference by participant or their acquaintances may lead to criminal charges and a minimum goodwill damage claim of INR 45,00,000.
Organizers are not responsible if sponsors do not fulfill their prize commitments or if the event is cancelled or delayed due to third-party issues.
India level city can be Mumbai or Goa. Organizers reserve the right to change the finale city within India or nearby countries.
Organizers may change audition or city finale dates without prior notice.
Clothing, hair/makeup for auditions, training & pre-events must be managed by the participant.
A small refundable deposit may be taken for clothes on the last day of training/pre-event. It will be returned after the show. Damages will be deducted from this deposit; if insufficient, the difference must be paid.
Participants cannot choose main event clothing. Organizer’s decision is final.
Organizers are not responsible for non-completion or non-occurrence of the event.
In case of disputes, the Organizers' decision is final and binding.
